Monday, February 26, 2024 - This supertuscan is a blend of 70% Sangiovese, 20% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Not decanted. We paired this with a homemade Cacio e Pepe. Deep purple color. This was a heavier red wine with notes of tobacco, licorice and black fruit. Still very young. I would give this a few years. 89 points
