Wednesday, December 13, 2023 - Decanted for 15 minutes before service. In the glass, clear, deep orange-peach in color. On the nose, the usual astringency of a rose paired with crushed unripe berries. On the palate, while it's by no means sweet, it's sweeter and riper than the aromatics might lead you to expect, combining high-toned astringency with pulses of ripe raspberries and stone fruit. A good match for mango-glazed salmon.
