Saturday, August 19, 2023 - Deep hue, biscuit-ee and very traditional-champagne style. We opened a Gosset GR earlier in the week and this is quite reminiscent in the biscuit levels. There were 6 of us so I only got the one look in but it retained its fine bubbles well. A little drier on the pallet that then the Gosset but very nice as I think this was a little fresher and brighter tasting.
