Sunday, October 29, 2023 - The color balances between golden peach and bronze; quite dazzling in the glass. Distinctly cantaloupe notes upon opening that hold true on the attack. Strawberry and soft herbal notes of thyme and lavender join in a chorus of flavors that then bow out to a finish of white pepper. The mouthfeel is creamy but not flabby. A very pretty example of what a rosé can be. No sediment. 13.5% alc. With cashews while enjoying an Indian summer afternoon. 10.28.23. Recommended.
