Saturday, May 6, 2023 - Inviting, earthy nose of bright red fruit , forest floor, petrichor, leather, cola, pipe tobacco, and licorice, superbly balanced palate featuring loads of ripe red cherry and fresh raspberries supported by flavors of white pepper, cherry cola, clove, and cinnamon, full mouthfeel, creamy and supple, powdery tannins, very long finish with a bit of cinnamon heat at the conclusion. Perfect with Seared Duck, Potatoes fried in Duck Fat, and Roasted Broccoli.
