Saturday, September 7, 2019 - Decanted at 12:30p and tasted from 4:30 - 10:30p. Nose was closed with some slight black fruits peeking out at 10:30p. Palate did show some nice red fruits and nice minerality. Shut down for business. Not sure if this will emerge by 2021 if folowing the Rule of 15 - perhaps the Rule of 20?
