Saturday, January 8, 2011 - Dinner at Lotus of Siam (Lotus of Siam, Las Vegas): Very exciting nose of pineapple, peaches and apples that have been drizzled with diesel fuel. Really enjoyed the exotic palate that combined spicy tropical fruit with crushed rocks and lanolin. Very impressed with the depth this Riesling had. The acidity on the finish was still intense and this was a great accompaniment with the delicious beef jerky at Lotus of Siam.
