Sunday, November 27, 2022 - Similar to my Feb 22 tasting with longer oxygenation.
6 hour slo-ox in cellar: black cherry, spice, rich full bodied. Smooth, well integrated. Sampled over 3 days with Day 2 being the best. Days 1-2 enjoyed with roast leg of lamb, day 3: scallops - not a great paring! Enjoyable young and likely even more with a few years of age. Great QPR.
