Tuesday, August 1, 2023 - n: gently increasing intensity- violets, fresh ripe black cherry, drop of dr pepper
p: bold, high acid, cherry not at the forefront unlike the nose. The smoothish tannins and ripe finish show that this is decent quality fruit for a burgogne level mass production
