Saturday, December 16, 2023 - K&L Bordeaux Tasting: 14% ABV. Deep ruby appearance. Perfectly ripe black bramble fruits, charcoal, tobacco leaf, clove. Very deep pitch to the fruit. Medium density on the palate yet this packs big drive and concentration. Nice length of finish. Wonderful aciidty level given the density of the fruit. Tannins are still rounding into form. Great potential here.
