Saturday, March 16, 2024 - Drank this bottle a few weeks ago and forgot to note. My last bottle of 6 and it and it was time. Since my last bottle a few years ago the color has changed from a beautiful dark pink to a more amber. The flavors and aromas were more savory. But the ripe strawberry that made this delicious was still there too.

I opened this spontaneously for a French friend who said that all Rose is bad except southern France. I told him that is mostly true but there are some exceptions, and the few good ones in the USA are a totally different style so you can’t expect a Tavel or Bandol rose when you drink them. He genuinely LOVED this wine so points for Realm. I know lots of haters for their price point for this Rose, but we have enjoyed every bottle and I look forward to trying the new release.
