Sunday, October 30, 2011 - Plentiful and fine bead of bubbles. Subtle aromas of pear, lemon, bay leaf, toast and yeast. Good acidity with a slight creaminess. Finishes with good mineral and toasty flavors. Wonderful sparkling wine that drinks as good as many NV Champagne.
