Pop and pour and served with food (grilled octopus and smoked potatoes, and tuna tartare at Marea). Nice bubbles. nose of the sea and some brioche. Light flavors with a saline and lemon peel note.

plain Franciacorta with little monerality and plain taste. Balanced acidity and well executed but hard to remember. In a summer sunset over the terrace on the Duomo in a BCG aperitivo in Milan

from a 375cl bottle.Flat franciacorta with litte emotions. Maybe because this bottle follows another Franciacorta bollicine (Barone Pizzini) able to leave a stronger footprint. Will surely shift to Barone Pizzini with a limited price difference

from 375cl bottle. Poor bubbles at the opening, although they come back after some minutes. Nice minerality at the nose e a full franciacorta taste. Pleasant at a reasonable price. PD to celebrate

from a 375cl bottle. Poor bubbles, but pleasant Franciacorta Bollicine with hints of minerality and aromatic taste from Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir although Chardonnay makes the most of it. Interesting QPR at 9eur (half bottle) not that easy to find- 88++

Beutifuly gold colour, rare bubbles. Noble with light reflexes. Nose: ripe pears, bit stuffy; plus sweet apples. Elegant. Taste: bit heavy. All over yeasty. Great texture.

crosta di pane quasi bruciata, fiori bianchi e frutta bianca. La bocca è morbidissima, c'è molto zucchero. Vino bidimensionale, naso bruciato, bocca avvolgente.

sweet-smelling, apples with brown sugar very nice light bubbles, honey, apples quite rich some toastiness and length clean, good tastes like a very rich, ripe champagne. Lacking slightly in acidity so not one to keep. Good now good value at £19.50

from only a few spots many fast bubbles were floating up. Cold colour - lemon. Very nice. Nose: nutty, quite dry, storng but bit one-dimensiional. taste: full, yeast cake, braed crust, very serious and old-fashioned. anyway - Very good in old champagne, classic style.

Plentiful and fine bead of bubbles. Subtle aromas of pear, lemon, bay leaf, toast and yeast. Good acidity with a slight creaminess. Finishes with good mineral and toasty flavors. Wonderful sparkling wine that drinks as good as many NV Champagne.

Nose of Creme Brûlée and lemon. Very complex. Tight bubbly. Crisp and silky. Electric lime mineralogy on the mid palate. Very bright Francicorta.

Gang of 5 in Covid19 times; Champagne and sweet wines (@ RW): White and yellow fruits, ripe apples and nutmeg in the bouquet. On the palate a very mild bibbel with ripe apples and a lot of sweetness, low acidity and a short finish.

Not completely pure in the nose; taste is better and juicy. i think the wine needed a bit more air.

Pale yellow/green color. Medium sized, slow rising bubbles.
Modest aroma intensity. Lemon peel, green apple, some yeasty tones far in the distance. Unexpected herbal tones like cinnamon and ginger cookies.
Floral tones on the palate. Smooth but persistent acidity, almost like in home-made lemonade. Refreshing. Mellow, round-texture bubbles.
Everything is very rounded and mellow, perhaps a bit too mediocre to leave an impression. I expected more for the money.

Nice and refreshing. Bright acidity. Not a lot of complexity, but still a nice bubble for the price.

magnum bottle, opened yesterday, very good.
"Deg 07/13 L.31891"
A bit more fatness than the Faccoli Extra Brut Magnum, tends towards a Saten.

Sydney Italian Wine Festival - Sparkling Masterclass (Sydney, Australia): Appealing nose, peach and pear with spice and mango. The sweet fruit shows on the palate as well, but it has good acidity to counter. Some more depth would be good but this was nice overall.
