Sunday, July 29, 2012 - from only a few spots many fast bubbles were floating up. Cold colour - lemon. Very nice. Nose: nutty, quite dry, storng but bit one-dimensiional. taste: full, yeast cake, braed crust, very serious and old-fashioned. anyway - Very good in old champagne, classic style.
