Friday, September 22, 2023 - Aromas of pink grapefruit, lime, green apple, blackcurrant, ground cherry, green melon, mint, elderflower, a little airy peppery broth... Juicy and effusive on the palate, and gorgeous grip, is that some tannin? Persistent and pure, so lively and fresh, green apple, citrus and chalkiness mingle together long and pure, this wine just gushes from start to finish. I love it.

This has a little dissolved CO2, and the glass I'm drinking is disappearing fast enough that the gas will not dissipate much, but I'll revisit this tomorrow, as I expect it will be much amplified when that gas is less prominent.

In another life, I'm a Scheurebe farmer thinking about co-ferments...

Only got a quick taste on day two, it didn't really budge, was still super zippy, a little sweet, luscious and cutting at once. So good.
