Friday, December 29, 2023 - Darkest red --- Nose elegant, some sour cherry, elegant wood notes, nice perfume, salty breeze, unripe plums, some marzipan, hint of bay leaves --- Palate fresh, watery, quite acidic, red fruit, some tartness, some black tea --- Finishes pretty long on a fine fruit-mineral nerve. Classy vine, young, shows potential.

Day 3: Gaining more punch and deliciousness. Very nice. Raising from 91 to 92.
