Wednesday, May 5, 2021 - Brought to drink at Oinoscent during service.
The wine shows a bit hazy brick red colour.
The wine shows medium intensity, very sweet in the nose, ethereal, forrest floor, ripe red cherry and strawberry, sweet spices with a thin oak frame.
In the palate, the wine is again smooth, elegant, savoury and spicy, a few balsamic notes in the back, dissolved tannins with short to medium finish
So decadent....
