Saturday, October 7, 2023 - Pretty accessible upon opening before shutting down for a couple of hours. Had this alongside the 2019 La Lagune to compare and enjoyed both for different reasons. The 2019, for its charm and bright fruit (almost red fruited in a way), and the 2020 for its velvety and closer to full-bodied texture (likely a result of the Petit Verdot). It's definitely more stocky and broad-shouldered than the 2019; with both looking to be exceptional wines in 10+ (likely 15+) years time.
