Wednesday, February 4, 2009 - A surprisingly good wine from CT. Showed good complexity with lots of spice on the nose and palate. A bit on the sweet side (cherry flavors) with a strong vanilla nose, but has some earth and a smooth spciy medium finish with some tannins that were decently integrated. This would go very nicely with gamey meats such as duck.
