Wednesday, October 11, 2023 - Pierre Damoy Chambertin Clos De Beze 2001
At the Acker Wine Dinner SG Oct 2023. Nose was quite intense, some black fruit, rich dried fruit, hints of soy sauce. Palate was rich black fruit, well balanced, some earth, some nut flavours, elegant. 93/100
