Sunday, March 31, 2024 - 1h after opening. Lovely, expressive aromas of just ripe pineapples, tart apples, herbs. Palate w gala apples, just super pineapples, some herbs, nice minerals. Excellent acids on a medium body. Excellent concentration. Nice moderately long finish of fruit, minerals and a touch of herbs. There's a lot of impact in flavor, its concentration, on the palate. Lacks some complexity but not really expecting that here. It's the liveliness with the palate impact that really grabs me here. This is flat out delicious. Nicely done and a steal for its price point. 90+
