Sunday, January 21, 2024 - Walkaround tasting so just short notes: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 3% Petit Verdot and 2% Cabernet Franc. The result is a classical wine with dark berries, juicy acidity and sticky tannin. Probably wise not to drink before 2028. Will drink lovely until well into the 2030’s. 90 - 91+
