Monday, December 25, 2023 - Decanted half a bottle for Day 1. Drunk the remaining half bottle (resealed with Repour) on Day 3 without decanting. Both tasted the same but with a touch of alcohol showing on Day 3. Full body, beautiful color, beautiful nose, very concentrated, smooth tannin, very refined, drinking beautifully. It was a very decadent wine with lots of chocolate and mooca mixed in with fruits. This was my thought of a Pomerol should be.
