Friday, December 29, 2023 - Excellent wine but way, way too early. Opened ~6 hours before drinking and it needed that time plus some before it started to show. Super acidic and closed immediately on popping the bottle, really started to open up to a beautiful, floral, red and purple fruit wine towards the end. Needs at least 6-12 hours if opened now, or let it sit for a bunch more years
