Sunday, November 27, 2022 - Bought off auction, aligns of slight seepage, cork intact but completely stained. Decanted off sediment, followed over several hours. Some funk blew off quickly, leaving behind a classic Cali cab, delicate nose, matching the palate of earthy red fruit, black currant, bit of cedar, sois bois, if just a bit stewed. Not bad, but I hope my other bottle might show fresher with better storage. 12.5% ABV. 96% Cab, 4% Merlot, off 10 year old estate vines.
