Saturday, August 13, 2022 - Light ruby colour. Cherries and roses on the nose. Also a hint of parmegiano? Nice sharp acidity with smooth tannins in the mouth. Taste of fresh red berries. A bit funky nose and mouthfeel straight newly poured, but calms in a good manner with some time in the glass.
