On the nose some passion fruit, green apple and some spices. Gives the impression of being very ripe, but on the palate it's surprisingly fresh in comparison. The passion fruit(or some would say gooseberries) is not there as much on the palate. The palate is a lot more apple-driven with firm acidity and good freshness. In total very aromatic. Easy drinking that I'd expect also pairs well with shellfish. PS: Drink all the same day after opening. It does not age well in the fridge overnight.

On the nose slightly overripe blackberry and some herbs. On the palate it starts off sweet, which makes the little tannins come by as a small surprise before the tannin lingers away leaving an odd unpleasant sweet finish. I'd advise using it as a base for mulled wine or for cooking.

On the nose citrus, green apples and grassy notes. On the palate the expression from the nose follows through, but not in a delicate way. It's uninterestingly watery, yet with an unpleasent bitterterness with some slightly peppery sting. The rest will be used as cooking wine. Tasted it first alone, then tried adding some cheese on the side(parmegiano, pecorino and brie) but to no avail.
