Monday, February 12, 2024 - Lovely Cab Franc in a classic Chinon style albeit with a bit more richness and roundness of fruit. Heavy green olive, blackberry compote, eucalyptus, bell pepper. In contrast to some other recent notes, I think this is drinking great right now and has good varietal characteristic.

2/13/2024 8:17:00 AM - Thanks for sharing your notes on this one. Did you pop and pour or decant for a week, LOL. Last time I enjoyed a bottle, it was so wound up it was hard to pull much out of it.
