I find this wine extremely interesting. When the 05's were released I was not very impressed other than really liking how the regular bottling went so well with fish. But now as the single vineyards are aging I am noticing wonderful changes. I drank this along with the 06 Tourtine and this is what I am thinking about today. A long nap in the cellar is what these 05's need. They will become truly excellent with time. I think in 10 or 15 years this will be surprising the few people with it in the cellar. Excellent (for me).
