I vacuum-sealed it, set it on the counter, re-opened it tonight - and the first glass was nicely balanced, integrated, a bit of raisiny fruit, but in a very pleasant way - all in all, enjoyable. But the second glass turned hot and empty - the fruit disappeared and it was nothing but alcohol. Not sure whether it's time to hold it, drink up, cook with it, or "gift it" to that cheap neighbor who always brings swill to the party ...
