Friday, April 7, 2023 - Bright cherry, earthy and after swirling, mushroom on the nose. Unusually deep garnet hue. Black cherry and cola with a black pepper finish. Very fine minimal tannins, moderate acidity and medium length finish. Interesting but not outstanding. Will try pairing with seasoned rub salmon
