Saturday, February 12, 2022 - Electric pink color. I wondered if it would taste like a red wine, but no, it was instantly transporting to summertime with strawberry and fresh cut watermelon. Granite and lemon oil on the mid palate. Long finish with raspberry and rosemary stems. Somehow both crisp and unctuous. The best Rosato I've ever tasted, but I've had others nearly as good for half the price.
