Monday, April 15, 2024 - Semitrans reddish violet, darker than I’d expect for somewhat entry level Mondeuse; nose doesn’t lead with black pepper but rather wild plum and raspberries, a very Rhone feel to this showing more warmth than I expect out of Savoie, a touch of white pepper on the end helps but this is a little nondescript for a unique grape like Mondeuse, am I pouring it out- no but I will give this a middle of the road B.
