Tuesday, January 9, 2024 - This wine took its sweet time to come together in glass after a pop and pour. For the first hour, just a standard acceptable if uneventul chardonnay. The last 1/2 glass of the 2 glasses that I drank were borderline glorious, with a rich unctuous mouthfeel, golden fruit, sweet oak and balancing acid. This was the only bottle I purchased, but if you have one, maybe wait a year or two?
