91 Points

Sunday, August 28, 2011 - Velvety, open-knit, lush. somewhat sweet and medium-full bodied upon opening, this was straight away delicious! The surprise was that this gained signficant structure and became less obviously sweet when paired with pan-seared salmon with spicy tomato vinaigrette, in addition to now flashing some tannins. Overall, an excellent Oregonian pinot noir, and providing some evidence that this can improve over 10 years, as alluded to on the back label.
