Saturday, June 14, 2008 - The label said to give it 10+ years in the bottle, but since we were having this at a restaurant we could not. I was confused and bothered that Houston's steakhouse brought the bottle to the table already opened - the server claimed that it was gto expidite service. Anyhow, to the wine, it opened rather awkwardly and tart, but turned to a very pretty expression of a young pinot with notes of dusty strawberry and a bit of florality.
