Thursday, November 17, 2022 - PnP. At first it wasn’t very giving. The nose was muted and the palate tight and slightly austere. Let it sit around a bit in the glass, had a bite of a New York strip steak and the fruit appeared, opening up the wine and making it more enjoyable. Open it, air it a bit, enjoy it with food.
