Saturday, October 21, 2023 - Had with Pierre Gagnaire Seoul course menu. Classic Mosel riesling. Lively, bubbles. Citrus, petrol, lychee. Matched everything with a smile on its face, from sea bream carpaccio to duck breast with girolles. So enjoyable and at 8% perfect for lunch.
