Sunday, January 7, 2024 - Garnet. Sangiovese character, cherries, old wood, dust. Medium body, with fairly prominent leathery tannins. Lacks fruit and especially lacking in character beyond those mentioned. Tastes old and past it's prime.
Maybe this was a bad bottle? Cork had a good seal...
