Tuesday, March 7, 2023 - Opened at room temp. Pear-like estery aroma, with lemon oil, spearmint, and fleeting briny, marine funk. Similar flavors - juicy, cool, lean fruit, with good saline and limestone-like minerality and decent acidity. Refreshing, fun, characterful wine, and like all things Pépière an excellent value.
