Tuesday, January 4, 2022 - It’s powerful. Black Forest gateaux flavours, a little smokiness, black pepper, cinnamon, herbaceous notes. It needs time to settle and for the tannins to relax. It’s never gonna be the best shiraz you have but it’ll improve in time
