Monday, February 1, 2021 - Medium ruby, translucent at the edges. Somewhat grassy, floral nose with plum and graphite to boot. Palate is smooth and suave with a good cut of acidity. Floral hints remain, with a dry, slightly bitter profile that is deliciously savoury. Moderately long but feeling a bit thin on the end. Still present but very smooth and integrated tannins. A delicious and satisfying aged claret. Good for food, but not bursting with flavour as it might have been ten years ago. Still, a pleasure.
