Wednesday, May 5, 2010 - Day 1 this was screaming blackberry and pepper. By Day 3, plum had become the dominant flavor, with just a bit of stewed fruit in there to let me know that Day 4 was NOT going to be pleasant. The black pepper notes remained throughout.
