Here, you unmistakably taste the Chardonnay grape. It carries more of that richness, but always with the beautiful acidity that provides a perfect balance, giving it that Chablis quality. The last time I had it, there was still a gap between the nose and the palate, and the balance wasn't quite perfect. I rated it 94+ thinking it would improve, and it has indeed. It's a beautiful bottle, and the flavors are the same as my previous tasting. Although in the citrus notes, I now had a much clearer sense of mandarin, which was very expressive.
