Monday, July 10, 2023 - Decanted 1 hour. Upon decanting rich deep blackberry color w/ fresh berry aroma. Initial pour showed nice soft leather color w/lightly acidic nose. Balanced legs. Flavor of light cherries & soft blueberries w/balance slightly dry finish. Nice w/Mushroom Risotto
