Monday, December 26, 2022 - Decanted. Now 3h after decant. Nice aromas of mixed red and black cherries, herbs, bark, and hint of dar, bitter chocolate
Palate w red and black cherries, herbs, bark, a hint of earth. Medium body w excellent acids. Rounded mouthfeel. Mild+ tannins. Nice balance. Liked this. Went really well w lasagna.
