The acidity and presence of honey and lemon would lead me to CB. It's dry and not very ripe and has good wet stone and lack of oak which lead me to Savennieres. Honestly, I like this stuff. A balance of fruit concentration and acid. Ideal length, sound intensity and has complexity given more than 5 descriptive clusters. $32/bottle amazing.
