Monday, November 20, 2023 - Italian Merlot at its finest. Just a baby of course but like many 2019’s so enjoyable already. Aromas of plum, cherry, some tobacco and a hint of olive. On the palate waves of dark fruit, tobacco, and spice. Enjoyable on its own after a couple hours but shows beautifully with a nice Tuscan meal. 94+ (won't be shocked if this is close to 98 with some age).
