Wednesday, May 20, 2015 - PopnPour, tasted over 2 hrs
-translucent pale gold
-reticent nose dominated by mature elements wax lanolin dried citrus
-vibrant med+ acidity, med- weight grapefruit, moderate complexity with decent length
-not profound but certainly excellent top-tier Sancerre showing some maturity but plenty of life left, showing much better than last bottle tasted a few years ago
