Thursday, September 23, 2021 - Cabernet, shiraz, merlot blend. Smells and tastes of Bannockburn terroir, more than it does Cabernet. Dusty red fruit. Rhubarb. Slight gaminess. Medium body. Oak very much in the background. So long as you like this profile, everything is in balance, flavours linger. (91 Very good wine)
